If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these terms.

The site describes AvinyaSQ products and services and lets you request a demo, a product brief, a consultation call or a brochure. Information on the site is provided for general information about our products and the quantum-safe migration field. It is not professional, legal, regulatory or security advice for your organisation, and it does not form an offer or a contract. Any engagement with AvinyaSQ is governed by a separate written agreement.

We take care to keep the site accurate and current, including references to standards, regulations and timelines, which change over time. We do not guarantee that everything on the site is complete or up to date at the moment you read it, and you should verify any point you intend to rely on. Product descriptions reflect capabilities at the date stated on the relevant page; features described as planned or in development may change.

The content of the site, including text, product names, diagrams, illustrations and downloadable documents, belongs to AvinyaSQ or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view the site and download documents we make available for your own organisation's evaluation of our products. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties about the site and its content, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the site, reliance on its content, or inability to access it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may change these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
